Apparently Boris will refuse to appoint a new European commissioner if forced to extend our membership after 31st October.this would mean the ec is not legally constituted because it must have. 28 commissioners.one from each member state if the EU tries to reduced the number.Boris will have the power of veto to block it.EU activity will be frozen.meaning . a no deal brexit would happen by 31 st October.by default .which could mean he doesn't have to abide by today's ruling.
