We are looking for a beautiful modern well designed home to shoot a short film in August. We are looking for a single family home with a kitchen, dining/living room, cellar and front garden with road access (preferably quiet street in suburban area), all of the shooting would only be done in these areas. This is a small independent short film (not student) so we can't afford to pay, there would be a very small cast and crew of around 5 people and we would happily give a credit to the home owner if desired. We are very respectful people and would take very good care in your home and put everything back exactly as it was after filming, but of course if you wish you can also be present behind the scenes to ensure the safety of your belongings. We would need access to the home a rehearsal day, shoot day and than any re-shoots needed but will happily work those days around your schedule.
