  1. OneLambeth have been fighting area LTNs. They need last donations today. This post is not for debating LTNs it's for if you can help a neighbouring borough with their legal battle in removing plant pots & road restrictions that are causing deadly levels of pollution in areas of displaced traffic Thanks have a great day. https://www.gofundme.com/f/OneLambeth?utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer
  2. I received this email from One Dulwich. For your information & includes consultation & contact emails One Dulwich Your Action Needed Dear all, Six key issues that need your urgent action this week: 1) Register for the May review If you haven?t already done so, please register for the May review of the current Dulwich LTNs. Our report on ?Who closed Dulwich Village junction??, which looks at an earlier review in 2019, raises serious concerns about the Council?s ability to run a public consultation. The process was poor, data was misrepresented, and there is evidence of bias and selective reporting. You can read our News report here. We hope the new review will be fair and transparent. When the Council finally publishes its plans, we?ll analyse the structure of the consultation ? and any published data ? and share our thoughts with you, in case this is useful before you fill in your response. 2) Where has all the traffic gone? A good visual summary of local traffic displacement can be seen here. Please watch and share. 3) Urgent: your written objections by 16 May Now is the time to make your formal written objections to the Streetspace ETOs on Burbage Road, Dulwich Village, Townley Road and Turney Road that came into force on 16 November. You might want to question the 24/7 closures that gave rise to them, or object to the length and/or timing of the restrictions, safety concerns, or the way these measures have displaced traffic. Please send your objections to [email protected] quoting the reference TMO2021-EXP16_LSP Dulwich 2. As always, you can copy in the decision-maker [email protected], [email protected] and, if you?d like to, [email protected]. 4) The Dulwich Society?s future policy We hear that the Dulwich Society ? regularly consulted by the Council on all Dulwich issues ? will hold a Special General Meeting on 28 June to discuss its policy on travel and environment. How will the Society position its response to the review in the light of this discussion? If you?re a Dulwich Society member (annual fee ?10 per household), please put this date in your diary: more details from [email protected]. 5) Posters and leaflets We have teamed up with the Dulwich Alliance to produce leaflets (see www.dulwichalliance.org) and posters objecting to the current road closures. If you?d like to display a poster in your window, please contact [email protected] for more details. 6) Please contribute to the fighting fund As part of the Dulwich Alliance, One Dulwich is delighted to see that donations to the fighting fund to produce campaign leaflets and posters, and to progress legal advice, have now reached ?12,000. Thank you! Please continue to spread the word. Contact us with queries, offers of help, or new information, via [email protected]. Best wishes and thanks again for your support, The One Dulwich Team SUPPORT ONE DULWICH https://www.onedulwich.uk One Dulwich All Zones London United Kingdom

  4. Hi After battling for over 4 years to get support for my son, he has been given a diagnosis of ASD & EHCP, now I have 15 days to find him another school! There was actually a place saved for him 2020 at Bermondsey but EHCP wasn't done due to Covid related delays A bit of background. I was recommended to try Spa Camberwell & Beaumond Bermondsey - by his current school who have said these will be suitable for his needs. However I know that Spa has no places & Bermondsey seems like only other option, although when I called them they said they take EBT & not ASD, I am waiting for SIAS to get back to me but its really parents own opinions I would value right now. 1. What other primary schools are there in Southwark for ASD that you would recommend. He has been at main stream and SEN provision 50 50. His EHCP has stated he needs a small setting that can cater for his needs & encourage him to become independent. 2 Are they any other organisations I could contact for support? 3. Is it possible for him to attend an out of Borough school & get transport paid for by Southwark? I would be grateful for any input good & bad on any of my questions or other relevant info If you can spare a moment to either reply here or PM me OR even call if you would prefer. TIA
  5. UPDATE: I just spoke to them & they have enough now due to overwhelming response so THANK YOU EDF Shared from another COVID support page Hi all this is a request from Kings College Hospital coming from one of our members working there: ?Message from King's College Hospital London Can you share this around the parents you know locally pls? Audio only baby monitors needed for COVID-19 response. Hi all, I work for King's College Hospital London and my current role is trying to source things the hospital need to deal with the COVID19 response. Because of all the PPE equipment that is required and the isolation that is happening between rooms, the nurses are finding it hard to communicate between rooms. One of the hospitals came up with a great idea to use baby monitors as the staff then don't have to mess around with pressing buttons in all their gear. As such I am trying to collect any used baby monitors - they must be in good condition, to give to the wards who are struggling with this issue. I live in Bow and my partner is furloughed so she could come and collect any close by, or if you are further than walking distance and could drive here to drop them that would be great! if you could help then you can either email me to [email protected] or text or call my partner Noelia on 07572 087 063. I need to get them there asap so ideally in the next few days if you do have a monitor you no longer need. THANK YOU!?
