Hello Everyone! The Flying Pig in East Dulwich is once again hosting a quiz night on Thursday evenings, starting this week at 7PM! Pop down for a fun-filled interactive quiz and the chance to win a hefty bar tab. As usual during the quiz we have a wide range of craft beers on tap for you to enjoy and our menu will be running throughout the evening too. to: TICTH JUCIY... the draught and cask selection will be changing, we are still in the process with suppliers to get te best price so we can sell if for the best price ;) we will post on here the permanants and the rotations soon ;)

YES to deliveroo and YES to six nations ;) to: BOBBSY... what do you mean its a shame we put a TV in? we have alway had TV since we had BT SPORT to: TITCH JUCIY... the reason we stopped the BBQ is for the most simple reasn, we was not selling enough, but who knows... if we start getting busier then there is a possibilty that we can bring it back. to: JEREMY... it is a shame that the BBQ has gone, as i used to love it myself but we did some reserch for the bbq and it wasnt selling as much as we hoped. we hope that anwsers your questions for now guys :)

Hey Guys! so The Flying Pig pub on East Dulwich road is now under new management! we have lots of changes planned for this great little pub and have already started to make a few. we are going to be reducing the amount of bottle beers in the fridges (because, lets be honest, there are too many!) we are going to be bringing LIVE MUSIC, PUB QUIZ, OPEN MIC and MORE back to the PIG! our food menu is in the process of change too. as some of you have noticed, we no longer do the BBQ night and BBQ food, which we apologise for but the signs outside will change soon to reflect that! we have some great new additions to our menu at the moment too, including a range of beef and chicken burgers. new sides and starters. another big change that is coming is, that we are FINALLY getting SKY SPORTS!!! we will have all the big games on from arsenal to Chelsea, we will be playing them ALL on out BIG SCREEN at the back! Hi Jeremy, I will think about getting in a couple more cask lines. The only problem with doing that, is that cask only has a shelf life of 3-7 days once it has been vented. At the minute there is always at least one barrel that goes on the turn half way through the barrel. So if I get more lines in the chance of throwing more beer down the drain hurts me deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep inside. I cannot even bare to think about it. Hi Mark, Sounds like you had the unfiltered Camden Pils, it is a lovely brew.

I will have a chat with my chefs and we will re-jig our menu so it reflects more of a bbq theme as I am aware that we need to get some of the old gems back on, such as the beef ribs and brisket. As for the prices of the beer I am doing my best to get the prices down, but these brewers don't like to be cheap.

We stopped that silly rule of 10 or more people for bookings a while ago, so feel free to book as few as one person if you like.

It has been a while since we posted on the East Dulwich Forum, to which I apologise profusely, but we are keen to have any feedback from the great east dulwich community. We have a few new and exciting things happening here, one of which is a new floor, which might not be much for some, but I am loving it. Plus, if you want to have a gathering of friends for a fun night out, then we will help you along the way. If you book a table for 10 or more people (10 or more have to arrive on the night) and we will start the celebrations off with a bottle of prosecco or a round of tequila shots. More things are on the horizon, such as a meet the brewer night with great local breweries. So keep posted and support the little guys that make great brews.
