Will the old Iceland site be M&S or Waitrose? I'd love it to be Waitrose because at the moment I'm travelling 2-3 times per week to go shopping in Waitrose in Beckenham as I really like the Waitrose shopping experience and the free coffees you get with their loyalty card. So it would save me a lot of travelling and cut my petrol costs down if there was a Waitrose around here.

I've just moved into the area (double-fronted 5-bedder on Melbourne Grove) and joined the forum. I do like a good drink with convivial company on a Friday night - can anyone recommend a good local boozer that I can go to regularly?
