I have recently had my timber floors restored and I'm looking for someone to help put in the beading(I think it's called?) to seal the gaps between floor and walls Can you recommend a carpenter or handyman for this sort of job? I have some other odd jobs too that I would discuss with the worker.

Good evening, I'm in the process of buying a flat locally and am looking for a flooring specialist to help assess whether the flooring beneath the current (horrible) carpets can be sanded down and renovated - or if not, potentially to give quotes for new or reclaimed floors.
