I need a casement window in my house replaced, and (separately) a window repaired that has an unusual mechanism I've never seen (photo attached). Does anyone have any recommendations of good local carpenters? Thanks

Hello My kitchen spiral balance window is broken - making it extremely hard to open / keep open (unless I wedge something in there to keep it open) I would love to know if anyone out there could fix, and it so how much it would be for parts + labour. Thanks Isobel
