Hi all We are vacating a rented property at the start of November and our Landlords insist on the property being cleaned professionally. Myself and my partner are both extremely clean and we will have cleaned the oven, hobs, oven hood, bathroom, sink, floors, windows, window frames and hoovered and dusted everywhere by the time you arrive. There will be no furniture in the house. It is a small 2 bedroom terraced house. They insist we need a professional cleaner to attend so ideally I would like someone who is honest enough to say how much cleaning is actually needed and bill us for it on the day. We need a receipt that we can show to the landlord. Thanks

Does anyone know a local company where I could rent some chairs for a garden party? Perhaps a table? Will be small fry, maybe around 15 chairs? Thanks

I can add to this, Hamish was great; extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he came and did an assessment and sent us a quote and advice which was great. I was actually at work when the work was completed, other half was in, and I was impressed at the work completed but also how spotless he left our garden. I would definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone. I

I live in one of the three houses at the very beginning of Abbotswood Road (where the mini roundabout is and where the away fans coaches park) and obviously we are very concerned about noise levels and how long the building works will go on for :( -
We found this guy this morning and I am reluctant to bring him inside in case someone retraces their steps! He is next to the two camper vans behind the car wash car-park by DHFC leading to Sainsburys. He looks much loved and I hope he finds his way home! If anyone knows him I can pop out and keep him dry as I live very close!
