The vendor has lived in the flat for 9 years and so we know already he can legally extend the lease I understand every case is different but just hoping a few people on here would have some experience actually going through a lease extension with Dulwich Estates ? Hi, I'm new to this forum so apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place! Just wondered if anybody has experience extending a lease with dulwich estates? We are in the process of buying a flat which the current owner is planning on extending the lease (currently 58 years) The dulwich estates website estimates 4 months from start to finish - but has anybody gone through this process and can confirm? Any replies welcome :)
