  1. Thanks for all the responses so far, I'll be picking the 2 individuals on 6th October if you would like to apply. Candidates need to be prepared to do the following: Give 3 STRONG, compelling reasons why you want to do this. Lifted weights before (only basic level necessary) OR played a competitive team sport previously Have time to train minimum of 4 times per week for 30-60 minutes per session (make sure you don't have any long holidays planned over the next 4 months) Overhaul nutrition (no excuses) Prepared to develop a motivated mindset Committed to the end result. Taking it one day at a time Responsive person that can follow instructions and prepared and willing to learn Being nice, genuine person will be an added bonus :D
