We had an extension and side return on our Victorian ground floor flat and used Charles to prepare the plans for council approval. Charles also managed the liaison with Southwark council to get the permission over the line. Charles knew the process with the council and was very flexible when making changes to ensure council approval. He was very cooperative with the structural engineers, builders and our neighbours.
