We are new to the forum and wanted to share information about a start-up organisation supporting SAD sufferers. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a condition that affects some people during the Autumn/Winter months. Dark mornings and lack of natural daylight can induce low mood, lack of energy and motivation. If anybody feels they may recognise these symptoms and are interested in trying a light therapy lamp please get in touch. We have had a lot of interest from organisations across the UK but wanted to share on a local basis. The plan is to provide SAD sufferers with light therapy and an opportunity to brighten their individual and/or local spaces with seasonal garden bulbs.
