Hi All, First time poster and will be a resident in East Dulwich very soon. We have recently bought a 2 bed terrace house on Landells Road. We would like to have the side return extension done. HOWEVER, some of the prices that are being thrown around terrify me. The area of the side return is around 6.88 sq meters. The kitchen in its current state is 7.17 sq m. Could anyone please advise what the building costs of this would be (ignoring the cost of the kitchen itself)? To cut back on cost we would likely not extend past the current length of the house. The doors etc don't need to be too fancy. Any help/experience would be massively appreciated. Any builders out there please chip in!! Thanks in advance, Dulwich-ite
