I also highly recommend Home Cert. They arranged for work to be done at the weekend, provided great communication and advice. Really friendly and efficient. They came and carried out a EIPC and PAT tested some of my electrical goods for my rental property and coming again to install a new electric cooker this weekend. Reasonably priced.
