My name is Mark Eden and I am the Construction Director and co-owner of Build Team. I have read the comments relating to Build Team from ?zoebl? and I want to acknowledge the post on this forum. I have met with these clients personally, and on more than one occasion, to try and resolve the issues in dispute. The demands placed on Build Team are ones that are completely unreasonable and as such, we cannot comply with. We are aware that there are outstanding items with this project, and Build Team would like the opportunity to return and complete the project in accordance with the contract. To this end, we remain open to resolving the dispute amicably and hope this can be achieved. Either way, we do not feel forums are the right place to resolve such disputes and we do not wish to prejudice our position in all matters. More generally, and now entering our 9th year, I do consider Build Team to be a fair, honest and committed company. I recognise that this thread has developed into a discussion platform. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have lots of very satisfied clients, and we would encourage any prospective clients to contact us for references, as I do not feel some of the comments made in this thread are representative of us as a company.
