I can second this - Niko was fast, friendly, efficient, and really good at identifying the problem. He came around to fix a dripping shower in West Dulwich, and turned up bang on time. He even followed up a few days later to check all was okay. He seems like someone who is completely genuine and very passionate about his work and his interactions with people. Top guy!
