    If that is Veolia, then they used to post regularly on here to remind people.

    Did you check your lease? Make sure you check your floorboards as well so you don't have any loose squeaky ones before you change the flooring. That noise can be very intrusive to the person below, and I'm speaking from personal experience.

    Lots of leases say carpet is required precisely for this reason. Have you checked your lease?

    Have had delivery people leave items on my front step, so lobbing it over a back gate seems secure to me.

    From what I knew/know about Economy 7 it's an old style tariff set up to benefit storage heater users, which heat up at night, and then release their heat during the day. It means you can also do things like washing and drying at night, at a cheaper tariff, although unless you run a laundry, what is the point. If you are paying the bills there, and you don't have storage heaters, then ask the utility company to change tariffs.

    Oh, great, is the recycling truck going to be there once a month or has that been cancelled as well?

    Is that bread only or meant to be for toasting? If so, perhaps because it's winter now more is being used to make toasties in the cafes etc. Write to their manager and head office and ask them to order more.
