As the manageress of the Clipper and Little Clipper I just felt it necessary to post that we were as outraged as anyone else with the member of staff yesterday,and rest assured this person has been fired as well as refunds given as soon as I arrived at the shop.We take our business and reputation VERY seriously and will continue to offer excellent service from our team.This has NEVER happened before and you can be assured will NEVER happen again.My sincerest apologise to anyone this has affected.
