Not only is this disrespectful but the general use of the cemetery as some sort of recreation area where dogs and children are allowed to run freely over graves.

There seems to be very little respect from ssw towards cemetery users (by this I mean families tending graves) I know if I had been tending a grave and someone walked passed dressed as the grim reaper I know were that sickle would have ended up.
