Charm

I used to go to Dell Autos for years until I moved - went back today and really disappointed as the guy was so rude and abrupt. I?ve only left it there because I need my car sorted ASAP - I probably won?t go back again. I can understand that they?re really busy - but no excuse for rudeness.
