How much does a bottle of cassis cost on > Delices and Gourmandises? My husband ordered a bottle of cocktail liqueurs from this brand few months ago. It was about $25 or plus. I don't remember exactly but this brand "Delices and Gourmandises" have various products ranging from pastries and candies to liqueurs and ready to eat foods. What I am sure of is that buying is always a little bit more expensive than preparing your own though. It is better to prepare your own liqueur than ordering one maybe.
  2. I am not a big fan of cassis or cocktails liqueur making process but Lowlander made a good point. Bacteria do exist and we should always sterilise everything we use. First of all, because we can make ourselves in danger but also we must always be honest towards our guests or relatives when preparing something, a minimum of respect is always better. At last and as far as I am concerned, the best way to make sure the bottle is safe enough is the 2 first ways proposed by Nathan001 which are cleaning the bottles with soap and hot water first and heating them in the oven. Two great days tips which should always be taken into account.
  3. Hi, I stumbled into Delices and Gourmandises? products catalogue and found a wide range of beautiful sweets and pastries. I am not good at baking but I like from time to time enjoying a nice chocolate cake with my grandchild so I thought maybe I could use this company to order my chocolate cake from. Has anybody ordered from them? What are your thoughts?
