I am Luisa Kos, a psychodynamic psychotherapist working in Dulwich with couples and individuals, providing both long-term and short-term weekly therapy sessions. Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps identify recurring patterns that can cause anxiety, depression, stress and pain. Sessions are held at a safe environment, which enables clients to work through their relationship and emotional difficulties. I trained at WPF and The Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (TCCR).
