Sorry to hear you?ve had the same issue, I dropped [email protected] a note, and they issued me a ?5 voucher telling me to use it on their cool bags, but I cancelled anyway. Worth an email to see if you fare better than I did!

Hi there Thanks for your response. I?m going to do the same, they?re basically saying their products will sour and curdle unrefrigerated unless you buy one of their keep cool products which I think is wrong, they should deliver as close to a reasonable hour as possible to keep things fresh, but it?s not convenient for them, so the onus is on the customer.

Hi there Is anyone else getting Milk & More deliveries at 1/2am? Previously it was delivered 6/7am. On both occasions this week the milk has been undrinkable having been out on the doorstep for 5/6 hours on warm evenings, a neighbours milk (North Cross Road) also went off. Be interested to know if anyone else is having this issue. I contacted M&M to complain and they just told me to buy one of their cool bags!
