There's a brilliant seamstress in Brockley. The business is called The Workshop. Sorry I can't seem to post a link from my phone. She did my daughter's wedding dress. I don't think there's much you do to repair jeans if they're too short though. The best you.might hope for is to even them out. Technically, they should be replaced but realistically, good luck with chasing that...

I have a freezer full of food to donate BUT I haven't found a food bank that will take frozen food. I also haven't found one that will let me drop off evenings or weekends. I'm at work during the day. Added complication its I don't have a car, I'll be bringing it by taxi. Anyone have sensible suggestions?
