  1. We went to Puccini - a small independent company based in Brockley, which does beautiful and not too pricey Italian kitchens (doimo cucine). Their service is second to none - really couldn?t have asked for more - which has been a life saver during a stressful house renovation.
  2. Congrats! We have also established a WhatsApp group - if you PM me your number I?ll add you :)
  3. Hi all, I'm expecting my second in October, would love to join any facebook group. Looking forward to catching up. Zoe x
  4. Another recommendation for Martin. I started doing sessions with him after I injured my wrist and was no longer able to do my normal yoga classes, and then continued with him when I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to maintain my fitness and exercise in a way that was safe for my growing bump. The sessions were always varied and fun, which is quite an accolade considering I couldn't use my wrist for the first few months, and then had to pull back on core exercises during the last part of my pregnancy! It was brilliant having the weekly training session, as it forced me to keep exercising as my bump got bigger and bigger and I got lazier and lazier (despite best intentions, my regular runs fell by the wayside just a few months into my pregnancy). I trained with Martin up until I was about 35 weeks pregnant, and ended up having a fast and straight-forward labour at 40 weeks, part of which was definitely down to me still feeling fit and healthy thanks to Martin.
  5. Hi, As total novice DIYers we're looking for someone who can help do a few odd jobs (and possibly a couple of larger pieces of work in the future): Now: - check the windows in our house and seal with mastic (at least one of them is leaking so we'd like to get this done ASAP. - install dimmer switches and have the cable on a lamp shortened - fairly basic but would like someone with electrical experience to do this. - build wardrobes in the bedroom In the spring: - seal exterior of newly installed front door and paint the frame and front area of house - paint the interior of the house. - demolish existing garden (breaking up concrete, taking out tree stumps where possible etc) - installing new garden (patio, deck, lighting etc) Any recommendations / expressions of interest greatly appreciated! Thanks, Zoe
