They started a small job for me 5 wks ago (which they said should take 2 days) and still have not finished. Not only have they not finished, they dumped rubbish on someone else's land which I have repeatedly asked them to move and dispose of properly. I have not heard from them, even after giving Matthew additional dates for them to come back and finish the job - at their request. As the revised dates have now come and gone, I assume that they have will not be coming back to finish and I will now have to find someone else professional and reliable, not only to finish the job, but to clear their flytipping as well. I know that there are a lot of positive reviews/experiences of Hanson & Co but my experience has been very different. really do hope that you do find someone reliable and professional - they are few and far between!
