  1. Hi, My outdoor yoga classes are making a summer comeback, I just hope the weather is as kind as it was last year! Postnatal Yoga- for mums and babes (pre-crawling) Starting Thursday 15th April from 10-11am Peckham Rye Park. A place to gently build back strength to the core, to ease tired achy muscles and have time out for you, to breathe and stretch. Also, a great way to meet other local mamas and babies. **This is to supplement indoor Postnatal yoga at The Green - Nunhead which begins on the 14th April and is already fully booked for the first two weeks Pregnancy Yoga- starting back on Sunday 18th April from 10-11am. Class is suitable for complete yoga beginners, and those with experience too. A great way to destress and prepare your body and mind for birth, as well as meeting other mamas to be in your local area. ** The indoor class will return to The Green - Nunhead from the 17th May, when regulations allow. Classes are limited size wise, due to limits allowed by permits and for your safety too. Must be booked in advance on my website www.michellewardleyyoga.com ?10 per class. Please bring your own mat along, and any other props you have that will make you (and your baby yogi) comfortable.   2. Outdoor Yoga in Peckham Rye Park each Sunday from 10-11am. We will work through a series of movements, to help you to relax, to find space in the body for baby to grow and for you to breathe, and to take time out to connect to your changing body and your baby. A great way to meet other local mums. I ran the class at The Green in Nunhead for 14 months and will be back there as soon as it is safe to do so. Please bring along your own mat. Mats will be socially distanced and a maximum of 5 mamas, in line with current Government guidance. ?10 per session. Must be pre booked because of limited spaces.   3. Yoga for Flexibility and Movement. Usually at The Green in Nunhead- and will be back there as soon as it?s safe to do so. Currently all classes online via Zoom. Tuesday- 7.30-8.30pm Wednesday - 7.45-8.45am Thursday- 6-7pm All classes are ?5 per household, so feel free to involve partners and family members.   4. ** Pregnancy Yoga ** Back tomorrow (Sunday 14th June) from 10-11am. Feeling really excited to get these classes back up and running after my own maternity leave, and build a beautiful community of pregnant yogis. I will lead you through a safe, slow, flowing sequence, to create space in to the body for you to breathe and your baby/s to grow. We will go through different breathing techniques, that can be used throughout pregnancy, birth and postnatally- to bring calm to mind and body (and baby too!) We will end in a long relaxation, to give you time to rest and restore energy levels ready for the day and week ahead. Online classes are ?5. Time to move, breathe and connect to your body and your baby. Working through a gentle flow of movements, which help to build strength and aid relaxation. A great way to meet other local mums and babies. Everything you will need is provided.   6. After reading so many good reviews, we had Kaysie round to quote for a handful of lighting jobs. He was prompt and quote was good, so we booked him in. Unfortunately, he has cancelled on us (after the time he was due to arrive) twice now. Really really disappointing, after rescheduling our days to make sure we're in, and giving him a second chance after the first let down. What a shame we haven't had the same experience as others. Won't be recommending based on this experience.

  13. Yoga for Strength, Flexibility and Movement. The Green, Nunhead, Tuesday's 6.30-7.30pm. Come along and work through functional yoga and targeted movements, to build both strength and flexibility. This will help to reduce injuries and increase performance off the mat. Beginners totally welcome, options are offered to ensure everyone is working where they feel challenge but not out of their depth.
