Recommendations required for electrician/plumber/heating person! to clear air locks in radiators and towel rails. Its 3 radiators and a couple of towel rails. Rest seem to be fine. We think the problem is air locks but not sure. Many thanks

We have a small landscaped garden which is a bit neglected (as house was unoccupied for a while and then there were some building works). We need someone to tidy the garden, do a bit of weeding, create a vegetable/herb patch and plant some flowers. We're not looking to change the style of the garden or do anything major - just a bit of maintenance and uplift, so someone not too expensive! Recommendations would be much appreciated.
