We are looking for someone who can build a chimney breast (we have a flat wall) and install a gas stove with a hearth. Needs to be a qualified gas/heating engineer as per building regs.

We're looking for a reliable cleaner for our house in East Dulwich for ?10.50 an hour; 3 hours every week for a four bed house (3 rooms are barely used as it's just the two of us with occasional guests; no kids or pets). Recommendations only please.

Recommendations required for electrician/plumber/heating person! to clear air locks in radiators and towel rails. Its 3 radiators and a couple of towel rails. Rest seem to be fine. We think the problem is air locks but not sure.

We have a small landscaped garden which is a bit neglected (as house was unoccupied for a while and then there were some building works). We need someone to tidy the garden, do a bit of weeding, create a vegetable/herb patch and plant some flowers. We're not looking to change the style of the garden or do anything major - just a bit of maintenance and uplift, so someone not too expensive!

Recommendations would be much appreciated.

We have recently moved to ED and are looking for a reasonable and reliable builder/decorator for some work on our house. The work involved is:

1. fitting a new kitchen

2. tiling

3. changing some of the flooring from laminate to wood

4. general painting and plastering
