I live in east dulwich and I have a broken window in my bedroom at the moment. I have attatched pictures. It is the sort of window where you push the two gold handles away and the window opens. At present the window has dropped down from its frame- leaving a gap which is letting cold air in. This means that to open the window it is very difficult and the room is freezing and as you can see in the picture I am using an old rug to fill in the gap. Please let me know if you have any advice or if you would be able to come and fix this asap. Thanks, Helen
