We've just used Russell and he has been great. We will find out with the next downpours if the problems we experienced have been resolved, but so far so good. We would certainly recommend.

We have a uPVC door that has jammed. It looks like the locking mechanism is broken. If anyone can recommend from personal experience somebody reliable to fix this I would be grateful. Thanks :)

I would like to endorse this recommendation. Dave was recommended by a plumber I found here. We have had a rather unpleasant problem caused by a blocked external drain. It took several days to fix and therefore cost more than I initially had hoped, but I am now confident that we should be fine. He arrives on time, works hard and fortunately has a great sense of humour, which for our job was necessary. I wish I had used this forum earlier! Andrew
