  1. Sorry to be a pain but we used to have a great rugby pub in the Magdela, now a non sport pub. Maybe Scott at the Actres (who was very anti sports but whose principles are slipping in our favour) can help. As the matches are in the afternoon it could be a real winner on the trade front. Autumn internationals are great fun and I'm sure there is only one winner of that game !

FORMER FIFA Grade One referee Kenny Clark believes the wrong man has been fingered for the penalty error that gifted Rangers a spot-kick in last week's 3-1 Old Firm win over Celtic. The furore over referees' performances in the SPL has been kept on the boil after a seemingly unsighted Willie Collum adjudged Rangers' Kirk Broadfoot to have been felled by Celtic's Daniel Majstorovic. But Clark believes that should not "be the star "The root of the problem here was Kirk Broadfoot taking a dive," the retired official said. "How many people have asked difficult questions of Kirk Broadfoot for taking a dive? Enough said....Referee condemns rangers dive.::o

Best shout for a woman in a no mans land. More seriously, I think when close to death, as I saw with a close relative, you go back to the early days of your existence in your mind, you seek the comfort of those days and that is where your Mum provided the most comfort any person achieves in life, noone else really achives that. As we see with our own children, the mother to child bond is something special that's not easy to exceed.

Any pointers would help thanks. In my opinion - Australian wine is not worth keeping more than one night. If you have some nice food, def dont ruin the experience by drinking aussie wine with it. ;-) Some friends of ours were round for dinner tonight and brought some Australian win - I accidently dropped it and it spilt everywhere, had to drag some french out to rescue the situation - of course i was soo apologetic about the oz stuff.

Shocking. He still owes me some money - thought he was lined up for Breeders Cup declan - are you sure.
  8. red devil Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > That's fantastic news Mick, well done! > Next weeks Scoop 6 selections please... Cheers RD. Just spotted your post. I'm still living on the story of the day. I'm realistic enough to know it will not happen again ever so no Scoop 6 efforts etc and have not had a bet since, all seems bit strange as will never repeat that level of winnings. Might have a Breeders Cup bet.

  10. I'm not up for cremation - I burn in the sun, I hate the heat.

I have never taken a day off as sick when completely well - but I have taken a sick day when not feeling too good in the morning but by mid afternoon I have found I actually feel not so bad and then regretted having taken the day off. Having said that I have not had a day off sick as any description for a couple of years - its just not worth it - its better to be seen as dedicated and struggle in, no matter how bad you feel.
