Haven't a clue. And of that you may be 100% certain! -
Hugs to Master Quids, and Mr. Boogie, and GiGi, and Lil Bro. Must be Friday today.

Thank you... To be fair, there's no competition around at the moment: I'm playing with myself - so to speak!

Lovely outside? You can't be in London then. It looks wet, cold, and grey from where I'm sitting.:( But you are right...Mr. T, having spent a small fortune, should give it a (T)whirl. PS: have you decided F-T?

Funniest post of the day! PS: Lidl regularly sells bike accessories relatively cheaply. I saw a helmet there for under ?10. But you have to be quick: it's very much here today, gone tomorrow in there. And stocks vary from store to store. If you are not confident about getting on your bike, why don't you sign up to Southwark's free cycling lessons. Many people have: and rate them highly too.

> Unfortunately, more incidents with cyclist will > help with this measurement of uncertainty. Wouldn't different categories of uncertainty be subject to different methods of measurement? To me, there are different classes of uncertainty. E.g., I view the uncertainty alluded to immediately above as being of the variety which becomes more certain with experimentation. Whereas, where in the OP you talk of "fixed and variables", this type of uncertainty would become more certain with the application of probability and chance? No?
