    Huge congratulations to Fee!! 

    Wow, what a year you have done fantastic, stepping up your activity levels! You have remained consistent with your strength training, always completing your personalised home workouts. Increasing your daily steps.

    You did fantastic in our 30-day weight loss challenge in November. Since June, you have 1 stone/ 7 kg weight loss a massive achievement 👏 I'm so pleased for you!

  4. Hi EDF. Some colleagues and I have organised a Couch To 5k running course as a FREE local community project.


    We aim to take a group of non-runners and turn them into confident 5k runners by the end of Autumn.

    Here is some information about how I work.


    I offer one to one Personal Training sessions and work with a varied client base, in different areas of fitness and wellness, specific to the clients needs and fitness goals. I specialise in weight loss, strength and conditioning, increase in mobility and overall general fitness.


    Once meeting with a client and hearing more about their fitness goals, exercise that they like or dislike, the session are then tailored and based around those and on fitness levels.


    My style of training is a non shouting approach and sessions are targeted at making you work in a safe, efficient and effective way, using good technique, full range of motion, stimulating your muscles, promoting weight loss and increased fitness levels without total burn out.


    The sessions can take place, outside in open spaces, parks, Inside homes, gardens.

    We will find creative ways to help you track your goals making sure you’re hitting your targets and making adjustments where necessary.

    You?ve done so well, well done!!!

    Yes you are right this is proof that you do not have to feel like you have literally just run a marathon and are absolutely worn out, but with slow and controlled exercises, good technique and targeted movements, great results can be achieved, with an overall improvement to your fitness levels, confidence and strength with weight loss, increased mobility, this can be totally achieved without pounding your joints. With this approach this is totally achievable for all fitness levels and ages.

    It's been great working with you over the past 5 months and seeing really good improvements in your overall health/wellbeing, and the results from a consistent tailored exercise programme, which is what my sessions are designed to do.   8. It has been great working with my client and my aim is to work with people in a safe and fun way making exercise enjoyable and effective. This is a great example, that anyone at any age can start exercising, all these problems that you thought would prevent you from exercising, actually with a safe and tailored effective exercise program from an experienced and knowledgable trainer, you can quickly overcome these things and make a vast improvement to your health and fitness, skills emotional and mental well-being

    I have only been working with this client for 12 weeks and she has had great results.

  9. I'd highly recommend Alana - I saw her for arm pain and knee pain in her clinic. I had 6 sessions for the price of 5 and my arm pain and my knee pain have now cleared up! Alana used specific strength and stretching exercises and soft tissue work to rehab my injuries and gave me home work exercises by video. Lovely polite manner, she is very professional and she knows her stuff!

  10. I am fortunate to work alongside Darren, Altesse and Jenni at FitFunActive and I recommend them to anybody seeking professional guidance towards their health related goals.
