Hi all, I didn't get around to reading all of this!! Anyway I found a company who organised a guy to come round for ?20 an hour i think....fab service. Would highly recommend. I can't find their details ATM so if you read this pls re-send as i need some more help in July.

Hi All, Advice needed: I need to hang some pictures and a large mirror. So far, I have had people quote ?50 to ?60/hour, apparently this is the going rate for ED handymen nowadays! 6 pictures plus a mirror = ?120 (or ?10 per nail!!!). A while ago when I had my bathroom done a labourer cost ?50-75 per day. Am I missing something here? What are others paying?

Hi lovely ED forum, I need someone to hang a large, heavy mirror. If I could lift it I reckon I could fix it to the wall in under 30 mins. It comes with a bracket, I have a drill and other bits, all I need is someone strong enough to lift it and who can drill a few holes. If you would like to help, pls msg me with a reasonable quote. Hi all, Again, this morning I saw a white saloon type car speed down the right hand lane towards the village on Court lane to beat the traffic jam. This is the third time I've seen this tw@t driving on the wrong side of the road at speed. The car comes down so fast that it normally slots in at the front or people simply let it in. Has anyone else seen this? Please help me get the registration plate. I will report him for dangerous driving in a school area. I have seen the car around 8:10am to 8:25am. Thanks!

Thanks everyone. I'm not in the catchment for the gardens - shame. I'm in touch with my GP practice about a couple of things at the moment and so you can imagine the chaos. The latest and one of the more funny errors is that they have misspelt my surname (which consists of 5 letters) 3 times in correspondance and even managed to misspell it in different ways. On the ball....NOT.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGG RANT RANT RANT I AM HAVING THE MOST FRUSTRATING TIME EVER WITH THE M@R0NS AT MY GP PRACTICE. Seriously, how hard is booking an appointment?? making a referral???? changing my details on your records???? following up enquiries?????? why do I have to answer 20 dumb questions only to be told I have to call back another day to speak to a dr/nurse before they can do anything WHEN I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO THE DR/NURSE...or constantly repeat what I have already told them because they have the short term memory of a goldfish!!!!!!!!!! I could go on.......././... I need to change.... Can anyone recommend their gp surgery??
