Sorry about your failed cycle - it's very difficult. I also did my first cycle at Guys via NHS funding and it was unsuccessful. We then moved to the Lister Clinic which I cannot recommend highly enough. I did two cycles and got pregnant both times, the first was a chemical pregnancy and the second resulted in my son who is nearly two. They were very good at learning from previous cycles and adjusting meds etc. We are going back soon to see about doing another cycle. I found "Fertility Friends" a great source of information.
