Anyone had any experience dealing with DE in refurb application? Our application has not been granted but not because there is any issues with our design proposal. They are not granting based on our neighbour (ground floor flat) windows not being in line with scheme guidelines. Something totally beyond my control. Looking for advice and help.

Yes it looks very nice! We ended up with Nam Grass's Elise and got them installed by OasisGrass. In the end it was a very close call to Chelsea Grass!
