Hi all Just a quick one. Quite remarkably, my phone was swiped from my bare hands while waiting for a cab on Lordship Lane at the weekend (just on the corner of the road outside Caffe Nero, along from the bus stop). A guy on a motorcycle swung by and, while on the move, grabbed it. Both the Uber driver and I attempted to catch him, but within seconds he was gone. I'm mentioning it on here purely to alert people that this sort of thing does actually happen. Even in East Dulwich. At 6.30pm. With a bunch of people around. You almost have to admire the audacity of the guy - and the skill in which he pulled off his scandalous manoeuvre. Anyway, please bear in mind that clutching an illuminated phone in the dark is like waving a red rag to a bull.
