Hi, I have 2 spaces to share my work/creative/art studio in Peckham near Goose Green. It's a stand alone building that gets great natural light, lofted studio style, with a kitchen and bathroom, and an outdoor space. It's just me right now and I'm looking to find like minded artists/creatives to join me. I'm a documentary filmmaker / photographer / print artist etc etc etc. There is space for a nice size desk and/or a work station setup depending on your craft. I am flexible as far as part time, full time, weekly or monthly. Most important is finding people I vibe with, ideally working in the film/photography/art worlds. Monthly rent is £400/pp all in. As terrible Royal Mail has gotten for customers, I feel AWFUL for the employees. Im on a route in Peckham and stopped getting daily post delivery during the pandemic, it’s never come back. The collection depot is a short walk so I would just go there every day to collect it, now it’s only open 2 hours a day. And my route? It’s not a dedicated route anymore. It gets handed to a lucky carrier when they finish their regular route. I learned all this from the workers at the collection depot. I had considered writing a STRONGLY WORDED LETTER to our MP, but it feels like there’s not much to be done to reverse the decline at this point. Look at me. Beaten into apathy. RIP Royal Mail (horse years-2023) A growing stack of TV License warnings would make a poignant conceptual art piece.

Also I realize it may be possible to walk from Peckham to East Dulwich in 5 minutes if you are power walking with your pram, but at a normal person pace the walk is hardly worth it if you just want to grab something to have with dinner. Lesson learned, if I ask a question again it will be regarding dog fouling or fly tipping or whatever else the insufferable bores with nothing better to do bang on about in here.

Hi, since this thread is already on the first page I thought I would ask as well. I am moving to the neighbourhood in July and will need a walker/possible boarding for my spaniel mix for the first month. She's a sweetheart. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thank you!
