In this course I will show you how accessible it is to bake delicious loaves and to fit this into a busy life. We will talk ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping. There will be a light supper and refreshments, allowing time to chat. Students take home all the bread they make on the day and notes will be provided with step by step recipes.
