1,200 children (including many SE22 residents) go to primary school on or within 150 metres of Honor Oak Road. This residential road is used as a cut through from the South Circular by large, highly polluting lorries. The pavements are very narrow and the levels of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) pollution breach EU regulations. Children and the elderly are particularly vulnerable to pollution. To sign a petition asking Lewisham's deputy mayor to ban lorries from Honor Oak Road in order to increase road safety and reduce pollution visit: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/p/lorryban We've been told we have a good chance of success with enough signatures - thank you.
