I went to this class on Saturday morning and can highly recommend the class and Victoria as a teacher. She ensures you are doing the correct techniques but also making sure you are comfortable and safe. The studio is very clean with all the modern equipment. Hi all, Does anyone know if the NHS (registered to Lewisham hospital) offer free NHS antenatal classes? Online takes me to netmums which has links to all antenatal classes, of which you have to pay a considerable amount to attend. If anyone can recommend a free or reasonably priced class in the local area, that would be great. Thanks Claire

Gary worked on our kitchen refurbishment and corrective work on our bathroom from November 2016 to January 2017. Gary has a very personable style and we fully trusted his judgment throughout the project. He kept us fully updated at every step of the way and made sure we were happy with each decision, or gave us the range of options to choose from. The quality and finish of the end result was to a high standard. We are very pleased with the result in the kitchen (which included some building work on a chimney breast, floor and ceiling) and the troubleshooting and corrective work Gary and team did in the bathroom (Gary helped us salvage a previous tradesman's poor quality workmanship on tiling, flooring, plumbing and bath). Tony and his team (Ben and Andrew) have just finished our garden. Replacing fence posts and laying decking which includes a drain cover. They were professional, friendly, tidy and have done a fantastic job! We are really pleased with the end result.Tony made himself available to speak whenever we had questions before and during the work, which was really helpful.

Not sure if this will help from a buyers perspective, but we offered and had accepted on 3 properties and all fell through before we finally found our place through Pedder and I can definitely recommend the Forest Hill branch. Attentive in person and on the phone. Kept continuous communication at all times and helpful once the sale had gone though. Daniel was the guy we dealt with. KFH in ED arranged our first offer and I have to say, they weren't the best. I had to chase on the phone a lot and felt I was forever placed on hold. We were trying to buy the property for 4 months and then were let down, not so gently. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dirtybox.. Im not sure what your profession is so afraid I cant comment however, we weren't sent pictures of the chosen grout (we were on holiday when it was discussed and decided) and therefore is much darker than we wanted.. Another big learning curve for us...

Thanks Nic, could you not set the bath, sink and toilet aside and re-tile over the top either with same tiles or bigger to make the job easier?

MJ Heating & Plumbing Services (Postcode SE27) there are a couple of others in London, so not to get confused. The main man goes by the name of Jerry or Bruce and brings in his team to do plumbing, tiling, grouting, building works and sealant etc. But... he charges a lot of money for a very poor job. Pictures attached are the finished job (and a cement covered kitchen floor). When we said we weren't going to pay a portion of the remaining money to him, he gave us a couple of excuses as to why he couldn't get our keys back to us, which left me feeling slightly worried and vulnerable. He finished the job less than week ago after us giving him chance to rectify the poor quality, and we are now left with cracking grout, a very poor sealant job and a leaking sink... Unfortunately, we have been left to clear up his mess (literally) and he has taken ?5k for the pleasure! Any plumbers and good tillers who are willing to fix this for us, please get in touch. Thank you all for your comments, as I was only allowed to post 3 pictures this is just half of the problems. Chipped tiles, grouting inconsistent and holes in grout, I could go on. I will take advice and once the payment conversations have taken place, I will leave a review on here of the company and give full details.
