Hi, I have some new slots available on Friday afternoons. I do one-on-one sessions and also small groups 2-4 max. For one-on-one sessions, I tend to work in a studio on Lordship Lane and group classes I take outside on Peckham Rye. I train all levels and aim to work with clients to gain the most out of their sessions leaving them feeling great, positive and motivated. I believe the over all well being of a person is incredibly important so I look at diet, lifestyle and habits as well as focussing on getting clients fitter and healthier.
