Hello East Dulwich, I am an architectural designer specializing in private residential development for the past 9 years. This experience includes working in conservation areas like Harley Street and Waltham Village and on projects ranging in value from ?30,000 to ?1.2m. I have also won a garden design competition with a construction value of ?20,000. The service I offer is to design and draft drawings for planning applications at a flat rate fee.
