If anyone is looking for a brilliant, reasonably priced personal trainer, I would like to recommend Gleicio Silva. He works in Dulwich and surrounding areas. We train in the park and at Push Studios, after having an initial meeting to discuss a personal training plan. I have quite specific goals and Gleicio was able to accommodate these. He can also advise on nutrition. He is really encouraging and focused, taking care to keep each session fun and interesting.
