Hello I need help to complete my application to the planning permission in Forest Hill (conservation area, Lewisham council). The previous architect who worked on this has not finished the job and disappeared so need to finish the application including heritage statement, determining where to fit the stairs, etc. The measurements have already been done and I have cleared with the council what they would accept.
