Greetings all, I’m looking for a responsible and caring individual to help with morning routines, ideally from 6 or 7 am until 9 am daily, or a few days a week being Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Responsibilities include getting my 10 year old ready for the day and helping with drop-off to school. She's independent and can get dressed by herself but may need minimal assistance with breakfast which will be prepared prior to me leaving. Additionally, I need assistance two afternoons a week to take her to after-school activities. Please feel free to message me if interested or have any further questions. Thanks in advance Regards

Morning all Just a heads up to be aware of unwelcome visitors we unfortunately have frequenting the area. Literally about 20 mins ago from me posting this message, I saw a lad walking who didn't look too fond of any early morning wake ups in the first place so thought I'd keep an eye on him in case he was indeed dedicated to keeping his fitness levels up ahead of the people traffic in the day. Unfortunately, he satisfied my initial suspicions and stopped at a car which took to his particular interest. He then started to fiddle with what I assume was his specialist apparatus in his pocket and upon doing so, spotted a camera watching the aforementioned vehicle. This did not deter him and he instead proceeded as he meant to carry on. I decided to intervene and ask what he was doing to which he answered he was "waiting for my bredrin to give me draw or do you have weed?" as if this wasn't illegal in itself!? (to our more experienced folk, this translates to "I'm waiting for my friend who's coming to give me weed but if you can give me some now, that might keep me from waiting and stop me breaking into this car to pass the time") In true poor form from myself, I didn't have any weed on my persons and informed him of this. I then went my separate direction which unbeknown to him was around the block. Upon completing a circle of the block, I saw said gentleman retrieve his bicycle he had tucked around the corner of the action and ride past the to be unfortunate motor and take what looked like a photo/video of the car whilst he got smaller into the distance. The chap in question was caucasian, short blonde hair and around 5"8 in height wearing a black hooded jacket and black jeans I think. Hopefully I can track down the owner of the car and alert them of such activity but thought I'd alert all you lovely forumers too. Have a good weekend! Take care

Anyone as keen as me to play a few games here and there from time to time? Thanks

Spoke to the cashier yesterday evening and asked him about the closure whilst paying for my fuel. He informed me that they were changing from texaco to BP.

Thanks for the suggestion prit, I do see what you mean by being unable to make a comparison and I'll be sure to check it out. Hi blah blah, I'm not too sure if the burn was first or second degree (my personal guess would be either a very bad first or second) but I went to the hospital after the incident and was told by the doctor it was only a superficial burn and should heal without any scarring but this hasn't been the case since it happened last August. Your 18 month period is encouraging though and thanks for the sunburn advice. Thanks for the link and advice Skylorikeet, I will also look into using bio oil and keep you all updated. As mentioned before, I am very grateful for all taking their time out to reply with suggestions. Thanks again Kind regards

Hi there everyone, hope you are all doing well. I was wondering if I could pick the brains of any one regarding a scald I suffered some months back from boiling hot water in a kettle. Whilst the scald has fully healed, unfortunately it has left quite a scar on the area burned and I wondered if any body had any tips or suggestions towards reducing the scarring. Any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Hows everyone doing? Hope everyone's ok. I was just wondering what peoples thoughts were regarding the new double yellow lines around East Dulwich? I can't say I'm too impressed by not only the many car parking spaces that have been taken away but in addition to that, I have now had the parking space outside my house taken away too! Chuffed as you can imagine!! As a result, I am now forced to interfere and park in neighbours spaces due to the new congestion. To my knowledge, I have not known any accidents to occur at junctions (albeit there may have been a few near misses) but my argument lies with the double yellows allowing cars to race around bends at breakneck speeds with their new found visibility rather than the caution they would take when their view was slightly obscured. I for one would be totally for signing a petition to have the yellow lines removed or at the very least shortened where they would be considerate for both drivers and residents. Whats everyone else thoughts?

Is it just me or has parking on Pellatt Road really become congested? I've been a resident on this road for nearly two decades and have never come across it so bad! Is this just a theme on Pellatt Road or can other surrounding roads relate?

Greetings once again everyone, Appreciative of the generous feedback from all. I forgot to add one thing in the post which may have helped though *covers face*. I was more after night spots with indoor tables I could play at in the evening. I'm aware of the pool/table tennis available at Canavans in Peckham but the fact the table has been improvisationally laid on top of a unused pool table does take away a feel of the game unfortunately. 'Bounce' in Shoreditch has also been made aware to me but the thought of paying nearly ?25 for an hour of table tennis doesn't quite sit well with me lol. All suggestions are welcome and once again, thanks in advance.
