  1. Just a little reply/reminder of this in case of interest - the inaugural one had 11 people turn up to learn/teach and play games whilst being a bit sociable and having a drink. If it’s something you or anyone you know may fancy, please pass the info on or pop on down next Thursday (last of each month) - Ignition open and games available from 5pm with “gamesmasters” offering to teach games from 6ish. Cheers, J
  2. Dear all - Not ED but hoping to let people know who do attend a regular board game evening in ED and this seemed like the right forum to pass on info! Just wanted to pop on here to highlight a new event at Ignition Brewery (about 3 mins walk from Sydenham Station) which I’m helping to setup. It’s a monthly games night on the last Thursday of each month - so this Thursday! The brewery and games will be available from opening (5pm) with a bunch of volunteers/games fans who are kindly bringing games and/or on hand specifically to teach people games. Obviously you can pick a game yourself and go at your own pace or bring your own and teach others. Classics such as Monopoly and Scrabble will be available as well as more recent classic offerings and smaller/simpler games such as Pandemic, Machi Koro, Ticket to Ride, Exploding Kittens, Dixit, Jaipur, Forbidden Island, Kingdomino, A little wordy, Codenames and Sushi Go. Lastly there is expected to be a couple of “heavier” games (ie: more complex and longer) in case there are a few people interested. No booking required, just turn up! Would be greatly appreciated if anyone fancied turning up for the first one or passed the information to anyone who may fancy it! Many thanks, J
  3. Many thanks, that?s our current line of action! Yeah it?s a bit weird as we are at Kings who have referred to Dulwich Community Hospital so I would assume they are under a Kings but on the NHS site it says all info provided by guys and Tommy?s and they also have webpages on the hospital community services so who knows?!
  4. Does anyone have any contact details for the antenatal classes run at Dulwich Community Hospital (referred through by KCH)?! Odd request but my wife and I need to request different dates/times but we weren?t given a contact and through google, websites, ringing guys and tommy?s (Which the hospital falls under), ringing Kings (where we are planning on having a baby) etc all the different numbers we have been given don?t work, go to somewhere weird (foot clinic?!) or go to someone associated with the classes but aren?t in a position to look at calendars/rebook! :( Only got given the slots this week and they start in under 2 weeks so desperate to get it sorted ASAP! Any possible leads would be amazing. Many thanks, Jon
  5. Sweet sign outside Sydenham station - don't know how to get an image up - Agata met a guy called Phillip on Saturday about 6pm on train from London Bridge. Phillip is from Dulwich and likes boxing! Agata gave him the wrong number - her correct one is 07842718336
  6. Just a quick odd question - been searching but not had any luck on finding one of the following nearby: Ultimate frisbee Indoor Volleyball Work in croydon and live around forest hill/Sydenham but the closest I can find either appears Brixton/clapham way. Prob just isn't and I'm hoping too much but seems odd that there is nothing of the sort for either rpund crystal palace, croydon, Dulwich or Peckham as far as I can see...
