Thank you guys! I enquired about space@61 i have been there before and liked it alot! Definately would hold my babyshower there except the availability was the issue. I have enquired with the function rooms that have been suggested- But from my opinion, Definitely The Green Community centre looks like a good space also but the only available times are 5pm-8pm on saturdays due to regular music class. I find them hard to contact as everytime i ring i get no answer and even they take a period of time before emailing back to enquires. Still on the look out for a venue so if there is anything else that could be recommended or suggested id appreciate it Thank you so much for your help everyone x

Thank you! Its so hard to get in contact with The Green community center, but that looks like such a ideal and cheap space for parties/events. Not sure if there is any other function rooms that could be affordable that anyone could recommend? Eitherway, im still on the lookout for spaces. As i havent heard back from any of the venues yet. Thank you for that suggestion i have contacted them! And yes i looked up about the Constitution club and I noticed it had been closed. If anyone can recommend any others locally, id be greatful. Thank you so much :)

Hi everyone, I?m seeking a space to have my baby shower in, I wanted to hire somewhere close to East Dulwich / Nunhead preferably. I have contacted a few places - Buchan Hall , The Green, East Dulwich Community center Is there any other spaces i could try ? Or any places anyone would recommend thats cheap/affordable? Hi all,? At 2am two white men (estimated age 30) wearing black jackets , with very little hair/almost bald. Came into my garden, heard noises for about 2 minutes but thought it was just the foxes as usual but looked out to see them exiting my garden and one slowly closing my gate. ?A SILVER NEW MODEL VW GOLF - Parked across the road, the driver went in the car whilst the passenger guy stood there analysing the house and saw me at the window where he stood staring at me? before quickly getting in the car and speeding really fast that i couldnt get a REG number.? ?PLEASE BE AWARE. I had a moped stolen from here a few months ago- inbetween the hours of 1am-6am. I reckon 2am-3am is prime time. Be warey, i am in shock.?

Josh Visual Artist "Visual Artist" Exhibition. If we have any art lovers or anyone looking for something to do tomorrow, please do come down and have a look at the exhibiton. Hes a young artist, also a university student so it would be really nice to show support. There are a few pieces for sale such as hand designed comics and posters. VERY CHEAP! The venue will have lovely vegan caribbean catoring, and is a child friendly cafe'. Would be great for the community to come together. Please feel free to pop in and enjoy. At midnight, there was a bmw that crashed into (what seems the pedestrian crossing outside tesco express) and ended up further down the road nearer the Morleys chicken shop on EAST DULWICH ROAD/PECKHAM RYE. It was a really awful sight and alot of the community reacted fast. I called the paramedics and police instantly and prayed for those Inside the car. I left the scene around 1am but they had not got anyone out of the car. Im not sure whats going on now if the people inside the car were able to be recovered or what happened after, but im hoping the people/person are ok. Couldnt sleep last night worrying about that poor person/people inside the car that was upside down on its roof for so long. The emergency services came fast Hopefully i was able to help save someones life and im praying for those affected. Anyone else seen this happen? Heard anything?

Good evening, I've been on the search for a space to hold a Exhibiton for me and the rest of my class. We have a low budget but need to find a space either for free or for cheap in London ( possibly around Dulwich/Camberwell/Peckham/Brixton) Was hoping someone could help!its URGENT as its for our degree and only have limited time to find.
