I am looking for a GCSE maths tutor for my 14 year old daughter who is going into Year 10 in September. Hello East Dulwich, I am trying to find a good, reliable local builder to install a toilet in a very small understairs cupboard. Anybody done something similar or have any recommendations for someone who wants to take on a smallish but tricky project?! Thanks

Thanks for coming back to me. Did have to move the meters? Also did you install a sani flo or connect the waste? Other problem I am anticipating is where to stick the extractor? There is no outside wall (it is a terrace, so flexible ducting would have to go all the way down the length of the hall and out by the front door I reckon. Did you do the work yourself?

Has anyone recently installed a loo under the stairs? We are in a typical, originally 3 bed (now loft extended to 5) mid-terraced house and the cupboard under the stairs looks improbably small but now the house is top heavy and we need more loos.... Does anyone have any recent experience and can recommend a local firm/give me a rough idea of costs ? Thanks
